    ISO 22301:2019 is an International Standard that outlines the criteria for a business continuity management system (BCMS), offering a framework for maintaining and enhancing compliance with business continuity standards and good practice. The Standard’s goal is to assist businesses in ensuring that their operations’ goods and services continue to operate at predetermined levels when disruptive occurrences occur. ISO 22301:2019 takes a less prescriptive and more pragmatic approach to a number of the criteria.

    This five-day course will teach you how to implement a BCMS based on ISO 22301:2019.     Assessment

    • There will be an assessment at the end of the course.
    • Delegates have to complete the assessment with a minimum score of 60% to receive a certificate of competence.
    • Delegates who score between 40% and 59% will get a second attempt at the assessment.
    • Delegates who score lower than 40% or fail the second attempt, will need to repurchase the course.
    • Delegates will receive an attendance certificate regardless of a pass or fail.
